Was wondering if there is the way to change eBay site language...

If I join on eBay.de (Germany) is there a way to set language to English or some other country still being connected to eBay.de?

Google translator, tool or add-ons, helps but can't properly handle logins and some other stuff.
This feature was present in the past... is now gone?

Can't you just login to .com after setting your account up on .de?

I am turning an account to seller and I'd like this to be done on the right platform but language is a problem
