Hi

if i understand correctly, to be able to create a stealth paypal account with a an already used device that would not be detected / flashed as already used i need to use multilogin ?

So my question is, in France is it possible to create a new paypal account on a already used device just by creating new users on windows and in the same time create new web browser profiles each time ? Or install an alternative browser ?

Or the method would be detected ?

Multilogin is too expensive for me. I read on this forum that virtual machines can be used also, but a VCC seller told me in private that rdp's must be avoid...

So maybe someone can clarify the subject for me ?

All you need is a new windows user account.
And you definitely need the stealth guide...

Here's another question: are emulators flagged by paypal ? Tried to create a stealth account and it was restricted right after the signing up... 2 times...

I would have thought that it would have worked as a multiple windows account...

Can anybody share his knowledge on this ?

These days it seems like all new accounts are going to be restricted.(asking for ID verification) And there is nothing you can do about.

Creating a stealth PayPal account on a used device without detection is tricky. Simply creating new Windows users or browser profiles is unlikely to be enough. PayPal uses advanced methods to identify devices.
