eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Sell in US eBay with UK ltd

There is a difference in listing directly on .com and listing on UK and have it visible on .com.
The asking price would be in US$ in the first case,you will get exactly what you asked for in US dollars .
With PAYPAL,you get to keep it as US $ in your Paypal account ,but with MP,I dont think you have that option??
can someone confirm?

If this a UK limited that was verified on MP it can sell worldwide just like any other UK seller. If the question is if a UK limited can sell on ebay if the director is not a UK resident then the answer is no , MP will not verify such an account and will have it closed down

Provided the CONTROLLING director is a UK resident and passes MP checks.
