Dispute on eBay and PayPal with a buyer
 

Hello, I just had the same problem, with a buyer, with the new eBay payment, he paid via PayPal to eBay, who held the money, the item was sent and received by the buyer. The latter issued a dispute for object not received, he won his case and I did not receive anything. With over 400 purchases and sales PayPal I've never had a problem. EBay is unable to keep its promises, it changes the payment method and that's it, beautiful speeches for nothing. In addition I had a chat with them, a certain Hamed, no solution, he cut short the link. In my sales I have always asked for a payment PayPal, my ad was filed for several months, eBay changed the payment method without my agreement, but it does not forget to charge the (high) fees Today eBay blames PayPal, and PayPal blames eBay. And I didn't receive anything. Despite the fine speeches eBay is not able to keep up, Go elsewhere.

do you have tracking to show it has been delivered ?
I just won a case of 2 pieces of silverware ,the buyer said she received 12 packages and mine is not there and she shows video of postman dropping off packages.
But tracking shows delivered and her postman called me twice to say he remembered my package which has a pink DC slip,few people use it these days.
