Paypal VCC and IBAN from same bank account

If I make 2 paypal account for one I add the VCC and for the second one I add the IBAN from the same bank account.
Is any issue with this? The paypal can be linked or flaged?
I dont use the paypal for ebay, I ma using the paypal of other thinks. Thank you

VCC BIN# and bank IBAN are not the same thing. As long as the BIN and IBAN are not blacklisted by Paypal you should be good to go.
