German account, eBay no deduct small deposit back?

my personal German account, ebay hasnt taken the small deposits back from my bank account.

It is normal?

Yes, it's normal for eBay to not take back the small deposits immediately. It can take a few days or even a week for them to withdraw the money. Just keep an eye on your account.
