eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

Any eBay Germany Business Account runs into a problem.
You are required to add VAT information to the account. This was a change they made in 2021, i had a lot of Germany Business accounts which i lost because of this change.

For Ebay Personal Account this is not required, but you have higher taxes.

So the issue with DE is the VAT

If you do make accounts there make it personal and it can be avoided but you will usually get lower limits than business accounts

personal accs can update to bussiness.

Yes, but you will need VAT information once you update to Business status.

I did it, the account looked good etc. but now the question is, does the name have to match the bank account? because I got the information that not. but that seems to be the problem

DE MP doesn't requrie the name to be matched. I have stealth accounts and added the German bank account under my own name, works fine.

german MP accounts are the most dangerous ones , now with the new EU law in place all details are sent to german tax authorities so it is likely a german account not registered for tax in germany will not live long term

ebay feel too that nothing good will come out of this , they abolished all ebay fees for private sellers down there indefinitely , this is unprecedented for ebay indeed

Yes, MP sucks.

Well, it is pretty safe if you upload less than 10 listings (average price 25) .

Always you have the selling allowace of 1000 items/ 100000 euros. And EBAY always asks you to upload your tax information even thought your account under the selling allowance.

it is really hard to create DE account. Best way is to look for somebody to sell the account who actually have real account and wants to sell it. I would start looking into facebook groups - however be careful, there is a lot of scammers everywhere around
