Am i safe ?
 

Hello folks,this is my first time i post here,so here goes my question .

About 2 month ago i was a good ebay seller , used my real info,sold some items,made some money,got some feedback. So one day i got my account limited,and shortly suspended.I talked to 10 diferent operators,got enormouse phone bill ,in the end,about 360 dollars were held in my account for 180 days.Shortly after ,a group of buyers from Canada ,2 of them,filed disputes agains me,so paypal refunded them 520 dollars(i never received the items back).My account was on negative balance .What can they do to me ?i sure as hell won't pay that money.They can't charge my credit card because i closed my bank account.

And if will use the guides in this forum,like Paypal and ebay stealth,and get new accounts under different names,and adress,and verify them,will i be safe from something like a negative balance ?Can paypal pinpoint your exact location,like apartment and stuff like that from the ip adress ? or they send their dogs after the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ adress ?

Also,i have a ISP who has a dynamic ip adress,so everytime i log in i get a different ip. How usefull is that?
And more questions :

-What if i use a WIFI hotspot and a laptop ?
-What if i use a phone with a browser in a WIFI hotspot ?

ok you are from Romania? hmm normally scammer country, anyway, you are safe if it the ip you are worried about, they cant pinpoint any address from that - thats definate.

If you registered your real name and address etc paypal may come after you, but in Romania, I dont know how it works, they mights not be able to instruct andyone there to collect.

dynamic ip is very useful for multiple accounts,

Thanks for the info.And no,romania isn't a safe heaven for ebay scammers anymore.Not since ebay sponsors the ciber crime police department here,you get 15 years in jail for internet fraud.So i never tried it ,and never will :)

If you commit a major crime then the ISP can get involved and possibly pinpoint your address. 15 years in jail huh, well I wish they would take that to Nigeria....

Oh come on, why do you have to bring Nigeria into this. Theyre doing their own thing. Let them be. Nigerians have made their country the biggest joke in decades.
