Italian paypal + vcc cards
Previously bought Italian vcc card for paypal, bin: 519004 (mastercard).
Paypal turned on an update and now these cards do not pass 3DS verification.
Looking for people who can help verify Italian paypal.
We need specifically Italian cards with 3DS verification / push or sms confirmation support.
For example: when adding vcc card France, paypal account is verified, but to make a payment from the balance - is not possible, asks to add a new card.
