Dear All, I read an official statement from Paypal USA that now one can buy BTC with the balance, then send BTC to an external wallet. This is a marvelous way to withdraw money out of the balance without headaches from unaccepted VCC and bank accounts. As this is only for US Paypal, I'd like to ask the American members of this forum if anybody has tested this method.

I don't understand the reply. I'm not looking to buy anything. I just wanted to know if any stealth account owner in the US buys BTC using its own balance.
I believe its only available to US customers and you have to confirm SSN and probably other KYC information to use the service...so its not stealth at all better off buying from marketplace or paxful
Thank you for your reply. This explains a lot. Unfortunately I contacted the sellers of BTC at marketplace and got nowhere. No reply. Are these guys really here to do business?
