They are asking me below mentioned proof so that I can sale the products on Ebay

You better go to Ebay seller forum and ask.

you would need to get the account established with regular selling history

in this case you will either be able to use another country as location automatically or it will be easier for you to get approved for ebay fulfillment

yes , it is ebay , they started banning new sellers from using other countries as location , supposedly because more and more people register in third world countries to circumvent registration in major countries

This is not for small seller,the expense involved in sending inventory to different warehouses and paying Ebay a fee to fufill orders is like AMZN FBA.
