Germany eBay tax number needed
 

Hi

i Sold more 2000eu , new Eu policy all seller sold more 2000eu or 30 sell needed add Tax number .

What you think eBay will fowarded my selling information any goverment?

so this problem or no ?

Hi. Are you get a answer or resolve for your question ?

Because I think YES = it can be a problem, because if Ebay ask you TAX ID = YES he need it for a resend this ID to yountry what you are have a registered in your EBAY. So I have a same situation. Ebay ask me TAX ID and I stioped selling, but this is no resolve = I need know what you can do or not or have to do. THANK YOU for anybody for any answer.

it is cheaper to register a small business if you do not run large volume or have an ebay account outside of the EU but would charge VAT on ebay automatically for all EU buyers

They do not share your tax document number but they do share the sales you make to pay taxes.

I no have idea how is it in USA. But here in EU is it right now:

YES, but you have a tax office and this office needs your TAX ID. I no think that ebay gives there only your sales. For the tax office it is easier to find you via your TAX NUMBER. That's why I think, ebay will be giving your name ( what is registered on EB ) and tax number to this tax office. (that's why you can't write "creative" tax number.).

What do you mean is cheaper to register a small business = where ? On ebay can open this small business ? Or I have to go to my country - somewhere ? Because, If you are start work like myself worker = you are need pay taxes and health insurance and social security and this is really but really not cheap...
