I have a question. Lets say you get a negative balance with Paypal. (I am in Romania so I am outside US, my account is okay for now, but this is for the future). Can Paypal bring you to court outside of US, or just close your acct and....thats it you create a new one through a relative or a stealth account and strat reselling again. (just like with AOL accounts that stay in collections for years.. I worked for them...so I know).

paypal will do whatever it wants to recover monies. Each & every case is different. What exactly are you trying to find out?:ranger:

what i'm trying to find out is if I get lets say negative balance (-1000usd lets say).. cause I have a dispute with a client, and if he wins..then I will have negative balance on my account. I just want to know if I can worry or not about it. That's all.

Because Romania has totally different laws than the US, and can I get away if I play dumbdumb? (i dont know anything about a Paypal or an eBay, I had Identity Theft blabla)

It will certainly go to collections. An effort will be made to recover the monies,yes. If it is successful, I can not say as it will depend on the set-up of the account.
