So what is the current situation? eBay accounts and phone numbers from other country
 

So what is the deal currently, can I have an account in one EU country (like Poland) registered on a phone number with another EU country code (like Italy)?

Can I even run an Asian eBay account registered on an EU phone number?

Just asking. I am curious since my current Asian eBay account works perfectly fine even though operated on a European datacenter IP. I am hoping phone numbers are equally fine.

Generally, yes, you can register an account in one EU country with a phone number from another EU country.
