Ebay problems with my paysera payments
 

Hi, eBay sent 400e to my Paysera account, but since they have different names, Paysera blocked the transfer. I asked them to return the money to eBay, that was more than 12 days ago. Can someone help me? I don't want to delete the bank for fear of suspension, and I don't know which bank to add so the same thing doesn't happen to me. And the money is missing. It's all a big mess.

I had payments rejected a number of times for unknown reasons , in this case the money will be returned to your ebay account , the bank account will be removed by ebay , all payments will be held and you will be asked to add another bank account

they do not suspend because of this

find a bank which will accept mismatched names.some US banks do

I've been waiting for 7 days and the money hasn't arrived in my eBay account. I'm getting nervous.

I am afraid it will take some time,it will be returned to EBAY account,then Ebay will credit your account.
See,we do not really have an account with MP(Ayden),Ebay does,and we are sub accounts within Ebay account.
The same with Paypal,we do not have account with the banks which handle our transactions,it is all under the name of Paypal,we are just subaccounts wthin Paypal,so when Payment is rejected,returned,it comes back to Paypal and then Paypal will credit our Paypal account and it has been known sometimes it NEVER credit back ,and no one knows what happens !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is one case in Canada,Paypal credit it back to the person bank account but the bank cannot find it,no one knows where it went,$200.
Paypal is US based,it does have problem with foreign banks,esp in Eastern Europe.
But Adyen is Dutch based,so lets hope it is better ??

Basically, you need to make sure the names match on your eBay and bank accounts. Follow up with both Paysera and eBay to track down the missing money.
