eBay Germany money hold for new sellers
 

Hello, eBay Germany for new and unproven sellers holds the money from sales for 30 days, after which if everything is fine they release it unless you provide a valid tracking number. Now they have increased this period from 30 to 45 days if you do not have a tracking number.
Also, the time to stop this withholding of money for you as a seller was 3 months from the first sale and 300 euros rolled over from sales.
Now I've spent these three months and I have over 500 euros rolled over and my money from sales has been withheld again because I don't have valid tracking. Does anyone know if they have increased the time to prove myself as a seller on the site?

It seems eBay Germany might have changed their rules for new sellers. Even though you met the old requirements (3 months and 300 euros), they are still holding your money because you don't have tracking numbers. It's possible they've increased the time or sales amount needed to get your money released faster, or they are now stricter about requiring tracking. You should contact eBay Germany directly to ask if the rules have changed and what you need to do to get your payments released sooner.
