Go for it. Looks like it would work fine for setting up a US LLC registered to a Florida forwarding address.

It doesn't look like that service is providing Paypal accounts directly though. I think they're just taking care of the legal paperwork to create a US company for you. Then I would imagine you take the EIN/business address they give you, and make your own Paypal and whatever other kind of account.

It would be a weak setup regardless.

what they offer are company incorporations that can open airwallex and co which are all completely useless for ebay and may be of some use for amazon if the company can pass verification

in theory these accounts can be used on paypal too but in the practice paypal do not want non residents so verification would very likely fail

essentially only amazon are ready to accept companies run by non residents but the verification there is strict comparing to ebay

Yeah, I’d be careful with any service like this and do proper checks first.

From what I can see, SwiftNine seems to offer HK company formation, business address/compliance, PayPal HK business accounts, Airwallex accounts and merchant setup.

Main thing with PayPal is who actually owns and controls everything. The company, PayPal account, bank/payment account, documents, email, phone and recovery details all need to be under your control. If anything is nominee-based, shared, rented, or not really yours, it can become a problem later when PayPal asks for KYC or limits the account.

Before paying, I’d ask them things like:

Who legally owns the company and PayPal account?
Is the PayPal opened under your own business details?
Do you get full access to all company docs, email, phone, bank/payment account and recovery details?
What happens if PayPal, Airwallex or the bank rejects/limits the account?
Is there any refund policy?
Can they show real references or proof of any partnerships they claim?

I’d avoid anyone promising “guaranteed approval”, “no freezes” or “stable forever”. Even legit PayPal accounts can get reviewed if volume jumps, disputes happen or docs don’t match.

So personally, I’d only use something like this if everything is legally yours and fully under your control.

You guys are way overcomplicating things :lol: It's just a registered agent setup.
