Add a credit card issue

Hi,

Recently a couple of my eBay accounts using the same bank (but different IBANs) have been blocked from withdrawing money from my balance and eBay is asking me to add a credit card to pay the selling fees.

Is it safe to use a credit card where the cardholder's name is different from the name on the eBay account?

I would really appreciate any advice.

I'd imagine so, but I can't say for sure.
