I a non-usa resident, who happens if I travel the USA, opening a bank account, opening a Paypal account, then return to my country (which does not have an option to receive money via paypal).

I can have a problem with paypal?
They can limit my PayPal account?

whats that flag? you may have problems depending on your ip country - some are more favourable than others.....

as an example that I am in Bolivia.

You will need to get a us ip address to operate out of in Bolivia...
I am in Peru as an example :)

You can list when your in Bolivia on ebay as they will security check your computer online by confirming email and your details and log into your paypal and refund , exchange currency, you just cant withdraw or send funds with a Bolivian IP via paypal .To run a UK paypal i did from Brasil doing about 15k usd a month for 6 months no problem , the suspension was entirley none ip , was just the amount i was doing which can be any country anywhere.

So in short you need to get someone with a US ip to withdraw out for you and would you beleive the girl at Paypal even advised this to me even when i stated giving out my password was against there policy, shows what amatuers they really are.

Via paypal , if your using a foreign IP ie your in bolivia withdrawing money from a USA paypal it will get blocked , you need someone in USA to withdraw in paypal. You need a USA bank account , if not just setup a account in bolivia if possible? In Brasil we can use premier paypal accounts.

If you intend to use REAL Information (It sounds like you should to me)
What you should do is CALL PAYPAL DIRECTLY and Ask them how to open an account for you the Proper way.


If you have "Other" Plans about the Information that you will Provide Paypal like giving them ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, Then prepare To NOT have acess to your Money for 6 Months, That is the WORST That can happen to you. In that case Follow the rules in the Stealth Guide and Good Luck.
