Create eBay store
 

Hello can anyone help me
I am from Uzbekistan
I have seller Account in Ebay.com my account registration address is in Uzbekistan address .And I have UK bank account and Paypal account. In my Paypal registered address is in United Kingdom it is already verified and it is Paypal business account.
In UK still lives my brother he can accept any phone calls and receive letters.
The problem is I do not know how to subscribe to eBay store. I start sell in eBay.com 4 month ago I have 23 positive feedback and none negative. We have Antique shop in Uzbekistan. All the item which I am selling is in Uzbekistan.
I don not need Ebay.co.uk store because it is expensive. I need store in USA ebay.com.
Please can anyone advise me what I have to do?

Hello, go to ebay, select subscriptions and subscribe to the store. You need verified paypal address linked to ebay account and valid credit card placed in ebay. Thats it.
