Paypal + vcc problem

Hi, i got suspended my real account and yesterday tryed to create a new one and to add VCC card but paypal gives the error- we can not process your credit card at the moment, please try later date. Do these VCC cards works at all or it is problems with paypal? I tryed that yesterday and today several times and it gaves me the same error every time.

i need to purchase a vcc card from a member on here - but i am going to have to register a new paypal - can i use some random gift card i can buy at cvs? thanks

Since August 2011 VCC didnt work on Paypal, You need AVS credit card to Paypal now.

i know american express has a card you can register online and you input an address - maybe this will work...hmmmm

I have tried recently Amex gift cards but these ones you cant register online - they always fail for me

No SUre, Only Indian VCC don;t work

I always confirm my us account with a vba but with the Australian I go with any vcc seems to always work

reg. vcc do not authorize usa pp anymore!!

Hi, everyone, simple question because of the problem again- does anyone had luck getting verified on paypal using VCC in the last 3 days period? I bought 2 vcc cards from a person online and they are not working. In some websites found a note that moust of the vcc services are not working any more. Is this true? can anyone recomend a service where i could buy working vcc? thank you.
