PayPal annual limit and how to remove it ?

Ok, heres the deal :). I will soon be approaching the 2500 euro limit on some of my accounts. Since I am not registered on localizes ebay/paypal, but on Slovenia, what should I expect ? I have already faxed them proof of adress and ID on some accounts. What is the procedure for countries that don't have a localized paypal ?

I forgot to mention that slovenia doesnt have the option to add a bank account

I had Slovenian too ... been using it for long time (had that fu*kin EU regulated annual limits) I had to proof ID + proof of adress ... and that was it !
After 2 years of usage one day I received "greeting card" from Paypal ... that they do not want to conduct any deals with me becouse "high risk" or something like that !

Who knows what went wrong ...
