This Forum for help ???

Hi , I am not talking about counterfeits. I have supplier in my country of authentic brands and got good prices. I am a top rated seller and i do not want to violate vero policy. Because the are companies that not interested in sellers outside of US selling their products. So I just asked maybe someone know which companies 100% doing problems. For example I know that brand "GARMIN" do not mind that there are sellers outside US selling there products worldwide.

Ok,If that is indeed the case,,,Then you really have NO Problem at all,,,all you simply have to do is ask your Distributor what that Companies Particular Policy is Reguarding selling their Product on Ebay,,

if the Distributor cannot tell you he can put you in Touch with someone in Garmin or whatever Company who can awnser you,,,,

Make Sure that you tell the Company that it is for EBAY Sales and not just for selling on "The Internet" Some Companies have VERY STRICT Anti-Ebay Policies because they DO-NOT want their Products Auctioned,, but are Ok With Your own Website Sales,,,because they can imposes a M.A.P.--(Minimum Advertized Price)

I Personally deal with several Top Electronics Manufactures, Samsung for Example Allows most of its Model Numbers to be sold on Ebay,,,Some however are a VERY STRICT NO-NO

So your awnser is simply to the Manufacturer and ask them what you need to do,,,They WILL Tell you,,,Remember they want to sell their Product as much as you do

Thank you for your answer,

Are you selling from US ?

Do you know what is (Shipment policies in violation of parallel import laws) One of my listings was removed because violating this policy. I listed some Scala Rider Headset located in USA (Dropshippng) in Australian eBay site, the auction for 0.99 $ and I have mentioned that I ship worldwide. After 2 days the listing was removed.

This is the message:

Thank you for your recent listing on eBay. Unfortunately, we removed the following item(s):

260682866609 - Motorcycle Bluetooth Scala Rider Cardo Intercom @ G4

The rights owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner, Cardo Systems, Inc., notified eBay that this listing violates intellectual property rights. When eBay receives a report of this type of violation, we remove the listing to comply with the law.

Your item was removed because of a request we received from Cardo Systems, Inc., a member of our Verified Rights Owner Program (VeRO), asking us to remove the item for:

- Item(s) offered is being unlawfully imported the European Union.

--------------

So, I think it because i have mantioned worldwide shipping. Am I right??

The BEST Thing to do is to get in touch with Cardo Systems and ASK THEM,,There will be no Mistakes if you ask them,,,Ebay MUST provide you with their Contact Information,,,If they Did not,,,,,,,,,,,,ask Ebay For it,,,they WILL Give it to you

Point 3 means that the product Distributed in the U.S. can ONLY Be sold to Consumers of the U.S. and No other Country,,The company Does NOT Want Products that they make for the U.S.A being sold in Australia (Grey Market Goods),,it seems you violated this Policy,,
