What to do with ballance on Turkish Paypal !

I have Turkish Paypal verified ... with 330$ on it !
Till now that account I have been using to receive money and to buy stuff online !
But since Paypal have limited all Turkish Accounts to spend ballance only to Turkish ones I am in blocade!
I do not know what to do with my account with this ballance !

(BTW: can not withdraw)

anyone from Turkey willing to help?

Or anyone else know what to do ?

Which VCC card ? I had entropay (wich can not be used anymore on PP) !
Becouse ASAP you add it Paypal blocks your Paypal, requesting bunch of aditional papers !

Yea .. but I can not buy from anyone else but Turkish Paypal !
I can not purchase anything online !! :(
And when transfering .. I can transfer only to Turkish !

Yes odez I have turkish paypals . Paypal has blocked to use balance for turkey at february 2011 . I hope they lift this limits. You can just withdraw .
