Whats problem with PP ??? Whole week limit everything !
 

Hi,

Something happened to Paypal lately. For a week already they limit everything i want to withdraw ! Payment of 40usd or 300usd, everything. Strange thing is that before when PP limited my funds they asked for Invoices and Supplier info, and now they want confirmation of address and new VCC. I mean, before they limited me also but not everything, right not 100% of everything i want to withdraw is limited right away.
Its happened about 10 days ago.

I have ebay stealth already, my accaunts 1 week old but thats not the case, before everything were smooth.

Have you tried calling them up on one account and trying to see what is going on?

no. there is 5 am right now, but i have friends who also have same problem. They limit absolutely all accounts for a week now. Anyone have any thoughts ?

What steps are you taking in starting the account - what VCC are you using for example?

I use same system for ages.
They limited me before, but now they limit everything. Last time they asked me to confirm my credit card and to send proof of address to them. I added new VCC and they accepted it, then they sent me a letter that i need to send them my bank statement with 2 credit cards in there. I logged to Paypal again and there was no options in resolution centre at all, there was written that `Your application cant by applied` or something like that.
Paypal limit me when i try to withdraw funds.

I register always everything with a fresh Ips, cookies.... I use VCC cards from local bank, they work for 1 month, hovewer i sometimes use them in other countries (estonia,latvia,lithuania,slovenija,romania....)

After 8 minutes their antifraud limiting me and sending this email :

We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.

What's the problem?

We need a little bit more information about some money you recently
received or withdrew.

Seems that they new security measures and they see somehow that i use stealth account, dont know how, cause i didnt changed my succesfull strategy, all steps are same. OR maybe they do this to everyone (all countries who can withdraw to VCC only)
