Do I need to be a citizen to post packages from Holland/UK ?

Hello!
I am about to move to the Netherlands for 3 months, I want to keep doing my eBay business while I'm there, is that possible to post packages from the NL to other countries? What do I need to show the mail clerk? My ID (Israel) or no need anything?
