I from netherlands and in december 2009 i was suspended from ebay .
I have buy in november 2009 a webcam from xxxxxx.
This webcam did not work so i ask for a refund or a other webcam.
First i must return it on my cost.
I send this store a mail about this .
I receive a message full of nonsens .
Later i want login and i cannot use my account because i have sent this seller a threatmail.
This is absolute nonsens because i have all of my mail saved .
I ask ebay netherlands for a explanation but they dont want that.
I ask ebay.co.uk for a explanation and a copy of this mail what this fraudstore has send.
no reaction.
i ask ebay.com for a copy of this mail.
they send me the mail .
This mail is total ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and full with threats what is written from buyitloveit.
This store has my false reported and write this to suspend me from ebay.
i dont understand why a company as ebay suspend people who are false reported.
I ask many times for a reinstate but no action or what else.
Now it is 2011 and today i cannot use my account for almost two years.
if i make a new account then it is days later suspended.
I believe that ebay protect powersellers like buyitloveit.
I can nothing do only i want a question from ebay why i must pay for something what i have not done?
Now i do not use ebay anymore.

Safe and security is also responsible that i cannot use my account.

what did the seller report you for? Even a powerseller cannot get you suspended unless you have written something bad to them and usually ebay do not care anyway, they side with buyers usually. Possibly seller falsified emails from you, who knows....anyway I suggest you remove the sellers id from this post it is not forum policy...
Look i know what i wrote i have all my mails on my computer .
I can show it if you think i tell fairlytales.
But maby it is normal that people are false reported ?
and why 'who knows'?
I see with my own eyes that my email is false and changed by the seller .
