My Indian paypal account limited forever, also the Indian account policy too bad

No donations to indian customers

PayPal account may not be used to buy goods or services.

No personal payment

pan card is mandatory

All money received into a PayPal account must be transferred to a customer’s
Indian bank account within 7 days.(worst policy ever)

Indian bank credit card is must (now a days no one can get a credit card in India)

Cant make 500$+ payment

Must add bank details and account information in signup

If that account name and paypal name is not correct your account will limited permanently


I'm not interested in Ebay!!
So me desided to buy a US ip verified account for sending&receiving money online (for my freelancer works). Any problem if i use that account in India&Indian IP?? Also i need to send that money to my Indian stealth paypal account once in a month!

Any problem for using this?

Definitely a problem if you use Indian IP - you need to get USA IP.

I do agree with that, Indian IP is a big problem, why do not you use VPN or vps

yes or if you can take the slowness - use dialup

^ By dialup I mean the old fashioned modem dialup - its a bit slow, but works if you are stuck.

For example, a UK company offering this is Fast.co.uk | The UK's highest rated ISP for Support & Customer Service | Dialup Internet Access

So, from your dialup modem, you would use the UK phone number provided by above company and then your ip will be UK.

USA also offer many of these services - google it.

If you computer does not have a modem, most mobile phones have this capability, so you can use your credit on phone to do this if you wanted to by connecting phone to computer.

As for VPN - not my field at the moment so cant advise on that.

Dont bother with vpn. paypal KNOW them all. You will waste your money.

Dial up will solve it everytime - build the cost into your business plan

Yes - he's in India. That doesn't change the problem and doesn't change the solutions. If the project in hand cannot stand the cost of selling in another country then the project is wrong - not the solution

GB has already stated that Paypal know the VPNs. Therefore that is not an option. Dial up is an option - expensive yes - but an option.

UK or USA ..dedicated VPS I think it much secure and MUCH cheaper

hi guys me bought a new laptop! and also its fresh and never used paypal!
but the problem is me didn't changed my net provider! i don't think that will be affect me because every re connection it automatically change my ip to new one!!

Yes me thinks it sounds fine. As long as your net provider is not blacklisted on eb/pp.

VPS is first choise,
VPN when paypal checked , They will see what is host IP
Sample : If u use VPN of vpn.com....>>> host ip will show vpn.com
