Hello everyone, this is Helen from China. I want to open one shop in Ebay, now I have some questions needed to ask, but as you know, it seems that Ebay livechat can not work, so can not . So can you let me know if you know ? if yeah, I will be appreciated it very much. If you have no time , it is ok and also say thanks to you.

1. if I want to do UK site, can I open one account in china ? my friend told me : maybe I can open, but can not sell them internationally, so it is true ?

2. how to charge the fees by Ebay ? and also how much I need to pay if open one shop first ?

3. The bank account used for getting money from the buyers, must be opened in abroad, or I can open it in China or Hongkong ?

yes you can sell internationally from china, you must say goods are located in china.

if you want to say goods are located in UK, try a UK trading partner, they open the UK account and you send the goods,
I have such and account and it works well, but usually it has to be a long trusted relationship......

you could use a unique UK VPN but they are sometimes detected, plus to seem as though you are in uk, you need a verified paypal to sell over £650, and for that you need uk or us bank added only.

china ebay acc, needs china bank I presume, unsure of what other cash out options there are.
Hopefully some specialists will answer more fully.

have your details been banned from ebay and paypal? that would help us answer.
