Massive Ebay problems -how to solve it?
 

I am travelling around the world and I want to sell our products on ebay.

I am European citizian, but have a South African address, which I could verify.
I have a US prepaid master debit card and a corresponding Virtual Bank Account. So far I could open a Paypal.com account, could get verified both debit card and bank account, but ebau seems not to be able to accept this US debit card. Have you any idea what is wrong? AND
Is it possible to sell on ebay while travelling around (changing IPs...)
