Hello friend , i want sell something on ebay , but it gets for me verify , i have registered acc on EBAY.de and when i add my CC it gets error , i try 3 different (my) CC but still error , i try i by bank acc but i m from SLOVAKIA and i dont have germany bank acc and ebay.de dont take this bank acc :( i try use entropay.com VCC , but gets error too :((( why ? only way it make acc on ebay.com and buy your guide ? I WAS banned by ebay in the past (they bann all my acc)

Use another provider VCC pls. I think can entropay block
