Possible to setup France eBay account and use US PayPal account
 

Hi, I saw a seller selling the item i want sold but I noticed he was a new seller and from france. Apparently he had more than 50 items up and totals worth more than $1,000+ and the account was created in october of 2011.

Is it possible to use a vpn and setup a France eBay account and use it with a US PayPal account or do I have to setup a French PayPal account and get it verified with VCC then send whatever earning i made to my US PayPal account?

You'd have to have a french paypal with a french ebay.

You can verify french paypal with a vcc alone. No bank account needed.

sweet this means i can just send whatever money i get from france paypal to us paypal.

Be careful, that kind of activity is known to get accounts suspended

Both Ebay and Paypal french only need 1 VCC.
And u can use ebay french with paypal usa. No Poblem

to bank issued card eg carte bleu......not vcc, not no more

what ip you going to use, dont say usa or non french one

one more thing is from where are you going to ship? if US, what's the point in making a french account? if from France, it must be easy for you to create a french account if you're already able even to ship from there...

I'm not from france. I'm from US. I dropship all my items from Taiwan so it doesnt matter where i am from.

it matters when they suspect drop-shipping or not in-country location, and limit you pending tracking confirmation

That's why i dont put any tracking information.

they might ask for it and limit you while you provide it.

Be aware that French Customs are not so nice. There's a high loss & seizure rate of goods there. By loss I mean the goods land, then, voompfff.....gone.:juggle:

@oompa, I would use France IP - probably dial-up although horribly slow. As for bank-issued card...yeah sucks kind of.

rsot, maybe ccnow to cash out, you can verify with vcc, just not withdraw to it.
I actually had probs with ccnow and so-called verified euro accs, they get rejected by ccnow, I am doing something wrong I think

ccnow cancelled payments, not sure why, did not look further in to it, euro paypals are verified but not with bank just card.
