I know quite a skeptical attitude towards VPN on this forum, true is that You can not to use good -known public cheap VPN services, but if You buy dedicated expensive VPN , then You are on right way.
I say this with great confidence, because I have a good result - 6years old successful eBay stealth account with 50-60 item sales per month.
