Ebay.de PayPal: This payment is still pending
 

Sold few items today on ebay.de on stealth acc, and now one sale is pending and paypal tells: This payment is still pending. In case you are shipping an item please wait until the payment is completed.

For other sales payments are not yet made as i can see on ebay. What to do with this one? Is this is something about new rule that ebay holds money and relase after customer let it?

1st q - the items you are selling...could they be seen as problematic and copyright infringing?

Knowing ebay - yes they could be. But selling them for about a year never had such problem

received payment from other buyer normally, so somethink wrong with that first payment. Btw buyer is is only 4 days on ebay and have 0 feedback. Maybe want to scam somehow

Isn't there a way to block buyers (with few buys) from your listings?

yh, there is a way to do that, but never used it. Time to begin...

do you have a currency set up on PayPal? sometimes the payments do nto go through as the people who pay in euros ,and your account was opened in a different country in which a currency is different , PayPal marks them as pending until that currency is set up to with PP. This happens to me on my new accts .
