List of countries to withdraw to CC w/o VBA
 

This is a list I've found, but have not confirmed in entirety. AFAIK, paypal supports single verification in these locations, i.e., no VBA. Supposedly, if you verify a PP account with a VISA card, you can withdraw straight to the visa card.

Whats the point? Well, this could be helpful in cashing out stealth funds, for one.

But is that a Visa credit card or a Visa debit card too I wonder?

As a foreigner in China I cannot get a Credit Card - or at least that is what all of the banks keep telling me anyway.

I have a sneaking suspicion it will be similar in those other countries too. Otherwise people would start going on holidays to these countries, getting a card, charging everything to it and then doing a runner!

I have Luxembourg and Poland seller account and will give one try and will add my US' debit card to paypal and try to withdraw money to debit card.

Visa debit card works for Romania at least.

does the card holder's name of debit visa need match with the user's name of your paypal account?

I'm not sure, but this one had matching. I'm gonna try next week with different names, I think it should work.

doing this could get you limited.

vcc also getting accs limited or just not able to withdraw to.

I suggest only a bank issued card from the same country.

visa debit works here in slovenia right of the shelf. no extra verification, only 4digit pins and thats all ever needed

Fizzy, just wonder how can you sell on EB if you don't have a credit card in China?

I think that you need a Visa credit card reloadable, If the CC isn´t reloadable you can´t withdraw money, I'm wrong? :doh:

I withdraw money to a payoneer credit card without any issues - the card does not have to be bank issued just a reloadable one.

And do NOT withdraw to entropay. Withdrawing money to entropay = instant ban.

Na don't think so. I'm an Australian eBay and PayPal account holder they didn't really care lol (Australia has some of the most stringent monetary laws in the world)

Is this list still actual? In Poland pp at this moment there is no way to withdraw to card, only to bank account. What about other countries?

In UK you can only withdraw to a bank account or spend the money in the account on goods and services.

No, you are in error. This list outlines all countries that have paypal.

It is not specific to withdrawals through credit card.



The list is NOT of withdrawals to cards though.

UK is on it because it is a country that uses paypal.

Poster gave misleading info infering otherwise.

You have to select one country at the time and see the options for withdrawing.

In Bulgaria also you can withdraw money to debit visa card.

obviously right, in indonesia,
visa debit withdrawal took only 1-2 days to arrive in card.

In China, easy to get debit cards as a foreigner, but hard to get credit cards.

As a Chinese citizen, you can even get the debit cards from bank machines by scanning your ID.

If you have a Chinese bank card, things getting much easier in China as you can open an ALIPAY account. Once you have an ALIPAY account, you can shop online, pay bills, buy tickets, book hotels, book dinners etc

Most people in China use ALIPAY by transferring money!

Yes , if you are Chinese so it's really easy to do it.
But I foreigner and no bank want to open debit card even I have work permit.
Do you why like that?
And can you suggest how you pay the fees of ebay? and if you use pushaction or teapplix here in China ?

Hi, i am newn here, just opened an account in cyprus, but TRANSFER FUND option is no there. I have a friend who has over 1K and TRANSFER FUND option is available, what is the diference, tah ti have no funds? please advise. I have seen the paypal site that you mention and in cyprus PayPal allos money to be withdrawned to a credit, debit or prepaid card

In the new design of PayPal, in some Eu countries you can't see the withdrawal link if you don't have a strictly positive balance, but you can see available withdrawal options by visiting the following link

There is no instant transfer to card. Transfer time depends on country, and also whether it's s new account
