Question about selling in Asia

hi guy, is it all account must be registered after 3 months, then only allowed to do listing at ebay?

Is that mean Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore ebay account easily get blocked by eb due to IP addess (high volume sales of vero)?

Welcome to the forums - yes it maybe appear that those IPs are risky to eb.
