Scare To Create New Paypal account
 

I am from india and i had a paypal account before of my dad which has gone limited.

so i want to create my own paypal account but i am so scare to create because i think it will be limited due to same home address and other detail.

so please let me know that which precaution i have to take to prevent it from limited :>

Different address for a start.

It's pretty easy to make a new one:
1. New IP
2. New Useraccount
3. New Information

Thats the basics - no messing around with the bank though of course - don't be scared, perhaps read more around the forum then give it a try.

I think I know what you really mean.

When you go the the PP website, select the personal account option since you were using a personal account previously.

The rest of the sign up & set up process should be self obvious to you.

I can only reiterate Thankful's advice at this stage.

Thats right my previous account was personal. So is there problem to create personal account ? And conclusion come up when i read lots of post that i have to format my pc or use new windows and open PP by using mobile tehtering.

I really not sure that why my previous PP account was limited may be because i were used serval computer to check PP or may be it can be because of one resolution in my PP.

not a charge back in pp account but there is a resolution bcoz something wrong in customer pp account so pp hold the payment and said "Your account access has been limited for the following reason" "We've noticed some changes to your usual selling activities and will need some more information about your recent sales"

Now what should i do i had pp account of my dad now if i m going to create new pp account then it will be limited bcoz of same address and information.

You can make as many PP A/C as you like, PP will & can continue to come up with this warning about wanting more information about your sales for any future sales.

Unless you can provide this information, this new PP A/C is also doomed to the same fate. No ???:noidea:

But we can't provide more information about sale bcoz we provied software consultant and we don't have any recipt or invoice of sale we only take a satifaction mail from customer. Thats it.

If you cant make a paypal accout the dont use paypal. Simples.
Failing that supply aswers to these questions.

Saying you are scared to a make a paypal account? why?

Did you use your father's information without his permission?

Do you have your own website or using something like freelancer?

What country's paypal are you dreaming of making your new account?

If you would like to use other country ip you can create PP acct with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name but i think you should reset your modem and get another IN ip and use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IN address to create PP acct then buy vcc to verify it.

A f*ke name would work.

Thanks for your information but if i will use F.ake name but when i link my debit card to PP for transaction in my bank then there would be real name in bank account and one more thing if i use other country IP and i will mention INDIA address then PP will not trace me or interrupt ? for example i use US IP but my address mention in PP account which will be in INDIA so that will be affect PP ?

Stop making your life so darn hard. You wll have no chance of runing an overseas account if you can not run one in your own country.

You find a new address in India with a new name

You make sure you have a new IP

You take some responsibility AND read what to do yourself.

If other users from India China & elsewhere can make stealth accounts so can you.

In INDIA here is lots of rule and regulation of PP acording to other countries. Thats why i want to create overseas account. But before want to clear my doubts ;)

Here i m not to waste your time and as well as mine here i am to get the correct information about PP. i need help thats why i m here. Can u plz tell me that i had PP account and its has been limited for 6 month now it is still limited and it is my dad paypal so should i delete it bcoz it will not be remove from limited. And can i make my paypal with my details but home adderss will be remain same.

You cant open a paypal account with your same name and address details you had on the account that was closed.

When paypal told me that my account is limited due to there is an issue in buyer payment and paypal want more information about sale.

No, do not use VPN that will also get you linked.
You have to make a new user account on your computer.
Your IP address also needs to change.

I am not sure what VCC you can use for your country.
But you can buy one from GTB on the forum, Just PM him

Through VCC can i verify PP account without debit or credit card ? Else according to you what should i have to do so my PP will not get limited again :mad:

Paypal / Ebay can see when you use a VPN which is why you should not use it,
If you buy a VCC from GTB on the forum, you CAN use this card with ANY name or address.
It works with stealth.
You can then create a paypal account.
I dont know how you are going to be able to make one for a different country?:noidea:
