ebay Germany MC197 No longer a registered user. But what whit my money?

Hi guys, so was selling on ebay.de, but had one negative fb, so i got pay outs only after about 28 after item is shipped. So month ago i sold abou 10 items, 10euros each, most of them received positive fb, today i should have payed out. But two days ago i get MC197 for not paying my seller fees (i wanted to pay them after receiving money from ebay)
All my listing are removed now (even those with positive fb) And no money from ebay :/ What should i do? I think this is totally unfair... (Like a stealing moeny)

what is up with your paypal? is it limited? if you got paid by buyers and your paypal is limited you will have to wait up to 180 days to withdraw

If your Paypal is NOT Limited, and NoN Payment is your ONLY issue with Ebay, then there really is NO Problem, in a MAX of 21 Days your money will be Cleared and you can just pay them, of Course ebay may then re-suspend you for NoN Performance because of that 1 Negative Feedback,,,

Another thing,,How Much can you POSSIBLY Owe Ebay on a lousy 100 Euros worth of sales???,,,,If you walk around the your Block you could probally find enough Money to pay those fee's on the Ground,,,
