Hey guys, I am interested in opening some stealth Ebay and PP accounts. Could you guys please tell me what information they will ask me to provide during sign up?

Australian Ebay - will I need to provide a credit card to sell within Aus?
- will they do a phone check the first time I try to list?
Australian PayPal - do I need an actual bank account or will a VCC do the trick?

Singapore Ebay - will I need to provide a credit card to sell internationally?
- will they do a phone check the first time I try to list?
