Who sells from Mexico? Need advices

Hi, Just wondering if there's somebody from MX to help me to make a fully stealth EB and PP account, I know some basics cause I've been reading the forums, however there are some local things that I want somebody from my country to answer, gracias!

Fair enough, well my questions are these:

If I buy one PP and EB accounts from these sellers (US accounts) Will I be able to use it to sell here in Mexico??

and

If I create my accounts here (PP account mainly) and verify them buying VCC and stuff from some sellers here (US accounts) will I be able to use them for selling here??

I've asked those questions to the sellers, they are not quite sure, so I wanted more opinions, see ya!

1. I would suggest if you do so...you best work with USA IP to be looking safe to PP.

2. You should be able to - create your accoutns based in Mexico and use US services to verifiy+buy...sure
