No, Not for a U.S. Paypal account Im not sure about HK

paypal HK is one of those nicer ones.

Bank account was working to verify at the start of July.

yes bank account works, i didn't have a credit card. when i verify my bank account on my real name account.

Same in china, no need for a cc. Though i think .cn and .hk share the same staff. :thumb:
