I've had one it atm
them I've registered account
also had some us account with funds from sales
begun cashout it
send one transaction 270 - ok,cashouted
sent two transaiont by payment owe..
second(about 300) - got limited all three accounts
sent documents to it account and then they closed it without any possibilities to unlimit(permament)
what should I do?
is here any possibility to unlimit this account?
if no,why have they limited my account?

Because they did not like how you used the accounts.

What type of internet did you use to access the Italian accounts?

Were all accounts verified & how old were they?

accounts are new,yes..
but transactions are really small.
I used a really good proxy
there's no problems with internet access and ip spoof
I've used a lot of accounts - and not all of them were limited)
just this new - but there's really small activity

No such thing as a really good proxy in the eyes of paypal :nono:

it's good proxy,not public,really private.
there's no problems with it



how does it better to send payments to account able to withdraw
by payment owe? gift? or what? which legend should I use?
