Paypal money transfer

I do not understand

If I buy a PayPal account and eBay USA and connection with VPN from usa - the money goes PayPal account, how do I transferor the money?

my bank in china .

The paypal account is To someone name .

It is quite likely if you are using a VPN that you will not need to worry as your account will not last long enough to make any money.
