PayPal lmit lifting - not standard situation

Hi guys

My situattion is out of standards so I would appreciate to get some solution or suggestion to this.
My country doesn't support to receive funds by PP so I set an european account and using it more than 6 month. There is no problem yet with ebay and PP. But I want to lift PayPal receiving limit. It's stnd - 3300 USD.
So if I apply for lifting they will request documents. I don''t have docs of country where my PP is set. If I provide my country docs I don't know will it work or not.

One more option is to call them and discuss, but not sure. Maybe they will take and block my account

If pp has requested documents, not really much is achieved by calling them and discussing. Waste of time in most cases.
