listing restriction
 

hi firends,

just want to share my story.
i use a thai ebay account selling in ebay germany. got 100% 700 feedbacks can sellt 220 pcs per month. now my dsr is to low categorie shipping time (x-mas and new year time) but its still above ebay standard. last week i got message form ebay that my dsr is too bad and they have to block my account till the system review it. they told me the system will check it every 7 days if it can remove the restriction. now its already 10 days past and i still above teh ebay dsr standards but my account still cant list any items.
so my question now. waht can i do or when will the system remove this. they said it reomve automaticly. any one experience on this. any answer would help. thanks:help:

They will remove the restriction once the DSR improves. You need to make sure that the outstanding buyers that have not yet given you feedback leave positive feedback with 5 stars. If the DSR stays the same or drops even further, you need to wait until the low DSR ratings start dropping off. If they are recent (from December as you're saying), then it will be 12 months before they remove the restriction.

I personally don't sell to Germany anymore. The reason is because German Customs are extremely slow and German buyers are used to quick shipping. They don't care that because of their Customs the package took 4-6 weeks to arrive and will give you low shipping DSRs left and right.

many thanks for the quick reply with good advice..but i dont kno why. my dsr is still above teh ebay standard and in every category is above standrad too, so everything is in green zone. its just funny. you are above but in real you are not allowed to sell. so what means above ebay standard/
