hello, wanna ask if change paypal email,set new as primary(delete old) and use it for selling, ebay will get me? like before same paypal(credit card) was linked but with other email(Updated).

because my paypal is verify and when sell on ebay dosen't need to wait 21 days to receive payment, i remove old pp from ebay also old card, when add new card and change pp email whit new they will get me again?
