Hello,

First, I would like to say thanks you for running this website, really helpful even if I don't understand everything yet.

I'am pretty much a newbie with paypal and I would really like to get better.
So here is my situation, I live in Thailand, I'am selling shirts on my own website ( doesnt really matter what your selling no ? average order is 30 dollars). It's pretty easy here to get someone to open a bank account for you here, so I can get paypal verified as well without much trouble.
So I started with my first paypal account, got limited for 180 days after 3 weeks of course !
Now I'am gonna get 1 or 2 new bank accounts from different people, what is my best solution to not get limited again ?

Do I need to get a new website ?

What do I have to be really careful about ( IP / Cookies / Address / Email etc... ) ?

If I understand correctly, I have to open an account, leave it for 30 days without any activity then I can start selling slowly and I can withdraws 2 or 3 times in a month. I also need to get a IP that is not mine and will always be the same when I'am on Paypal. Correct so far ?

I'am sending 99% of my shirts in France, so is it a problem to have my account adress in Thailand ?

What are the best options that I have to keep being able to run my website witouth getting stuck ?

What about the bank accounts ? I'am getting people to open account at kasikorn bank for a bit of cash, they put their name but with the email and phone number of my choice so I can manage the account online. Any other way to make it easier ?

I know that I'am asking a lot but I'am desperate lol !
I am thinking about subscribing to the forum but is it really helpful in my case ( I'am not really thinking about ebay for now ) ?

Why are you getting someone else to open the bank accounts, why not do it yourself?

Because I'am not familiar with stealth account yet. And it used to be the best option so far because I got my own account limited already.

It's an eBook. Doesn't take a month, takes 2 minutes or possibly less ;)

I would definitely open the bank accounts in your name - dont use a Thai bar girl you will get fleeced at some point. Another tip is keep everything to yourself especially if you start to earn money. A Thai will shop you at the drop of a hat if you cross them.

I knew a guy who sold Football shirts from a website, he was ding very nicely until he fell out with a Thai girlfriend. She told the Police, he was arrested and deported.

I have had the same problem in the past. i had a website selling football shirts and got my paypal account limited. added another paypal got banned again then i changed my ip address for my site got banned again. i think its to do with your url www. yoursite .com must put you on a list or something. you better off starting a new website with a fresh paypal but they will still catch up with you in the end.

PLEASE be careful advising this to others.

This is known to never work. A new web site with everything different is need to work long term.

Forum suggests this as the better way to get back on paypal/ebay in any country.

Bank MUSt be opened in your real name - trying to stealth a bank account is illegal and you will be punished if found out.

Stealth account is meant for eB, PP, Amazon, etc...online platforms
