Pp request copy of vcc
 

My stealth account was limited. They request a copy of my vcc. How can I lift the limit? Thanks

What vcc is it? Is it your own or did you purchase it here?

Usually screenshots of the account that produced the vcc can pass this type of limitation.

I would have thought they wanted a scan of an actual credit card if they suspected it was a VCC.

Paypal does allow a vcc and does accept scans.

May come done to the actual notice from paypal(and therefore country) I have found.

It is Vietnam Vcc. I bought it from a bank here in my country. As your suggestion, I had submitted the screenshot of the account. But I assume they want a statement.

I refresh IP, open a new ebay account and paypal account . Then purchased a VCC , added and verified.
Purchased 1 item $3.55 from my old ebay (with VCC), shipped
Paid 2 unpaid items from same old ebay (with my debit card), limited

However, they only request the docs for VCC, not my real debit card.

PP made its decision beforehand - your account was risky so it's done...not much more can be done with this.

U should to bank and request a statement , after u scan and send them to paypal.
U should change IP + clear cookie, cached b4 creat a new accounts.
