If I get a virtual address in the US, can I open bank/credit card and eBay/PayPal?

Hi,
I don't live in the US or Europe.
If I get a virtual US address, will I be able to open a bank account, then a credit card, and eventually have a US eBay and PayPal account?
If the answer is no (and I bought the eBay stealth book), I don't understand how international sellers can use this method.
I want to have at least 10 more eBay accounts, as the other 3 I have (for years) are all linked together.

You have to go over the stealth book along with this forum to get your questions answered.

Get the concepts of stealth down and you will find that accounts are doable in your location.

Hi,
I've read the book already. The first problem I am facing is that I don't have an online bank in my area. So the only option is to open one in a different country, that's why I asked my question. Is a virtual address in the US for example, will get me to open a bank account in the US? if not, what's the use...
