Not a ton of people - sales might be dependent on the PRODUCT being sold....not great to generalize and assume OP ...

I saw many russian powerseller ->>> Succes !!! they sell well !
I think people don t trust polska :P

Hi there. I'm from Poland and I can tell you that nor ebay or paypal is popular in Poland. Ebay really screwed up, when it arrived to Poland - people were complaying about bugs and their complicated ecosystem, which compared to biggest polish auction site allegro didn't look so good. Ironically, over the years allegro ripped many functionalities from ebay off :)

As for paypal - we prefer wire transfers and depend on feedback mostly, because there is no real resolution centre on allegro.

As for sales, I only saw a couple of successful polish ebay sellers. One of them is active on ebay forum and is selling shavers internationally, I saw a couple of guys selling car parts or watches same way. But again, internationally. No one really checks ebay out in Poland if they want to buy something. Unless it's something unavailable in our country or more expensive, but that's how it is everywhere.

As for me, I also sell some stuff internationally, but that's another history :)
